Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Special Education (SPED) Licensure (verification available online)
- K-6 Certification required for the inclusion position
- 6-12 Certification accepted for the self-contained roles and inclusion
- Experience in schools and a passion for helping diverse learners succeed
- Strong collaboration and classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet varied student needs
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s strengths and requirements
- Foster a welcoming and structured learning environment for all pupils
